With this performance we intend to talk about drawing as a process, as an action, as the ability to think, do, see, review, make mistakes, destroy, rebuild, correct, reinvent...

Can a gesture be considered an ephemeral drawing? It is a project that dances the words and choreographs the line, in a landscape/screen that is built throughout the show. A dance whose end is a plastic work, an illustration of movement.

This artistic process involved a seven-year-old child in all its phases. There was a partnership in researching the materials and movement that led to the creation of the piece. It was a listening session from one side to the other, but essentially it was a giving in to a child's time, which is always faster and to the unexpected and play as fundamental parts of creation.

Being able to rediscover childhood and relearn the ability to be amazed at the world from a body that takes risks in these discoveries and experiences was a privilege.

The artist child, art and life, the beauty of simple things and the time that passes by…
