Helena Oliveira is a choreographer, dancer and teacher. He currently assumes the artistic direction and mentorship of 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑚𝑎𝑙ℎ𝑎𝑟, a pilot project of education through art that explores, on the island of São Miguel, art as a civic act, to understand the relationship that humans establish with the territory they inhabit in their daily lives. He was a resident artist at Escola Básica Integrada de Rabo de Peixe participating in the RETROVISOR project, a History for the Future, within the scope of the 1st Culture and Education Biennial. As a trainer, she was part of the projects: Mutantes (Comédias do Minho), TransforMarte (Stª Mª da Feira Community Art Network). He took on the artistic direction together with the Ondamarela collective of the Esfera project (for C.M.Braga) and the give and take of the Variações para a Braga 20/30 program. Founding member of Plataforma do Pandemónio, she conceived and directed numerous projects with various artistic collectives, such as: Escolhas em Movimento, Grupo Poesia no Corpo, Corpo na Poesia (Casa dos Choupos), Ecos Urbanos, Ondamarela, Cor(p)o Metropolitano and others . He was part of reference initiatives in the area, such as: ECOAR and Partis projects (Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation), Palcos Instáveis, DDD, Heritage Days in the North, Culture for All, Tremor festival.
